Ms. Liswood continues to aid corporations through keynote addresses to organizations and by advising management on issues relating to leadership and diversity in the workplace. She is a Senior Advisor to Goldman Sachs and former managing director of their office of Global Leadership and Diversity. She serves on the Board of the Women Leaders Programme and on the Global Agenda Council on the Gender Gap at the World Economic Forum. For the past several years, she has worked closely with Forbes and has provided input for the selection of Forbes’ Most Powerful Women. Ms. Liswood draws upon years of leadership experience, including senior management positions in Fortune 500 companies, consultancy for the Boston Consulting Group and for major international corporations, as well as from her role as Sergeant (reserve) in the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department.
