This conference is a series of workshops for executive women which focus on key leadership competencies of business and financial acumen, vision setting and risk taking, and building networks. Liswood will lead two workshops designed to provide executives with the tools and strategies to build global and innovative alliances to foster business growth. Liswood will engage participants in indentifying cross-cultural issues which may act as barriers or catalysts in global business initiatives and determine how to foster strategic relationships with NGOs, non-food industry enterprises, and socio-political actors.
